thats pretty sick but its too loud and I wonder if it can really deliver a killing blow. looks like 22lr and rimfire is suggested to have higher failure rate. There's this gun that works better its 9mm and was originally made for vets, it keeps the brass too and you can take the handle off:

thought you might like to see this, pretty cool but I heard these are basically collector's items now and too expensive

It's a center fire round, I can see the primer. It's probably .25 maybe a .380. Anything larger like a 9x19 would probably blow up the cylinder. Here's a YT link to a really cool tiny gun. https://youtu.be/RqCPNM1I-ao
