Microphone level is at 97% and boost was at +20.0 dB but will be changed the +30.0 dB

Even basic cheap microphones are pretty good.... Just look at the sensitity rating and frequency response However sometimes this is not listed.... but I figure that if your microphone input level is 100% + 20% boost, either the microphone is defective, old ???? or there is something wrong with the sound card.... give it a try on another computer system with the 100% settings...... Just record your voice or use the microphone in your phone etc.. See I had my microphone set to about 25% of the full volume / input audio level - because it just blew out everyones audio in the zoom meetings..... So there is something wrong there... Even a basic lapel microphone / corded ear plugs and microphone for a smart phone - with a 3.5mm jack should work way better than that - and indeed it may be the perfectly acceptable upgrade your looking for. Switch your audio to your speakers and not your ear pieces and then use the microphone from the ear pieces... and it might work really well.... But the phone plugs have an earth and a microphone and a left and right channel audio - the PLUG and SOCKET MIGHT NOT BE COMPATIBLE - A quick try would not hurt though - full insertion... so the switches and contacts line up...

Filters? You need to learn how to NAVIGATE air... If you locate your microphone say about 40cm away from your mouth AND about 30* degrees to one side, it's out of the pressure wave zone from your mouth. Also I think your microphone is defective, clean the connector with some alcohol and toilet paper - and inside the jack as well with a little bit of toilet paper wrapped around a thinned down match stick - if you wrap it around the matchstick clock wise, then push it in the hole with a clock wise spin.... IT might be just dirty contacts - if not the mike is probably fucked. If I had any microphones set up with an input level of 120% - it would distort to the fuck and no one would understand it and it would blow out their speakers.... (well sort of) ...... Can you pick up an electret microphone from a electrical parts and hobby store?
