I don't think Mgtow needs politicians or anyone else to care about it. It's beyond caring. It's Darwinian. We are still mammals who give birth to live young. To change that you will need to be very careful, as our cortex is dependant on our mamillian status.
The cybernetic enhancement doesn't change the germ line reproduction. What would is machine reproduction, and with that would be a new species. The original human, like the chimp, may still be on this planet, evolving away differently.
The transhuman self-replicating machine doesn't necessarily mean extinction, in fact, the strategy may expand our group of species, and multiply our chances of group survival into trillions of trillions of years.
Concerns about Covid or Charlie Schwab are short-sighted. This topic is existential and exceeds the timeframe of politics.

This transhumism ideology is moving away from the pure strain of the Human Species DNA. Combine with the cybernetic linkup that is planned— think Elon Musk, it will lead the way to the perfect equipment fir brain washing.
