Feminism + E = Quality. I think a famous woman discovered this universal truth? But being serious for a moment, the problem isn't that we hire women, the problem is we hire women who are incompetent to meet some imaginary quota.

To illustrate a positive example, I read an article about a very beautiful woman, "Hedy Lamarr" , famous for acting in movies. Some folks said she was the most beautiful woman to ever work in the picture shows. A German U-Boat sank a civilian cruise ship killing all sorts of women and children, and our famous beautiful actress got angry. Apparently, according to what I read she put that anger to good work. She was extremely smart and developed some of the technology critical to the development of Sonar, the sonar that was used to hunt and kill enemy subs; specifically co-invented an early version of frequency-hopping spread spectrum.

Now if we men were all trained sailors on HMS MGTOW and at risk of being torpedoed, we wouldn't toss this sonar invention overboard now would we? If this amazing actress and inventor was on board we might ask her to give us advice, or even develop her invention further to be more accurate.

Conversely there wouldn't be much practical advantage to letting the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleading squad man the battle stations and sonar as they likely wouldn't have the training to do the job.

I am personally not against giving people equal opportunity to compete for a job, and hopefully the very best people would be hired regardless of who they are. But the objective would be to make a system or organization work to maximum efficency. I would hire a woman for a job, and I would hire people of different ethnic backgrounds without batting an eyelash, but I wouldn't hire them based on who they are.. they'd have to be the best possible person I could find to fill the position.

The narrative is that they haven't been given the chance because we blocked them. The lady you mentioned is a very rare female indeed and certainly not the norm
