Not sure the country you are in but the US has different confusing rules regarding vehicle use on the road.

Looked at the video again and two of the big's have tag's or numberplates couldn't see the third one. they are tiny plates and they tuck them behind the rear wheel, one of them had the plate side ways. I expect it is a misdemeanor in some way but i've seen other vid;'s where Cops pull a bike over without plates and it's of no concern just the speed they were going. Here in the UK you cant step outside your fucking front door without breaking some rule or law these day's!

People are under the impression that commercial land is public because owners let them on it, even though they know about 'owners'. 30 or 40 years of female domunated education has destroyed a great deal.
