Don't get me wrong, the shoveler talks about him having respect.. what I am talking about is people who want YOU to show them respect .. and that is why they are talking to you.. I have told them,, gtf away from me..

@SoloManZone: I think Ultimately that is really the point isn't it? Two men look at a problem that needs to be solved. They come up with plans and compare their ideas. One says he can make a bridge out of spaghetti and walk across the valley on it. The other argues that he doesn't think it will work. They give it a go. The guy with the original idea steps out onto the bridge and it collapses... He pays the price for his bad ideas.

@jimbennett: Respect is what people in Western Societies seem to lack. So many people are rude these days, like the two police officers you speak of. They have a job to do, but they don't have to be rude about it.

after the crash the bank sold it for around 320,000.. this is where all the loss came from our govt borrowed to pay for.. bailing out the banks who gave free money to thye "spanish" in Florida..

@jimbennett: There are a lot of younger people getting huge loans for houses worth half a million bucks. Look at cities like Vancouver and Toronto in Canada. Realistically there is no justification for that level of value floating around the economy. There isn't enough Gold anywhere to pay back all that debt. That money doesn't exist.

She would sit at the bus stop with her kids in her brand new escalade she paid cash for.. borrowed on the appreciation the banks caused of the house she never paid for.. She got over half million in cash and subsidy.. HOW do you think these people took over miami?

The banks ran up housing val;ues with dysfunctional mortgages called payment option arms where you could pay LESS THAN THE INTEREST for the first 3 years of the mtg.. then refinance it to the new higher value as they manipulated values to the sky.. with immigration and dysfunctional loose cre3dit.. yep. and you can look up people's records in the county clerk of circuit courts official records to get all the facts.

Payment option 1. normal fully amortized 30 yr mtg pmt.. 2. interest only payment.. 3rd option MINIMUM PAYMENT less than interest called negative amortized payment where your debt increases and payment adjusted after 3 years of not paying your bills..

so when the 3 year payment option period ended they would simply refi into another payment option arm and start the 3 year period over. in 2006 the department of thrift et.al. issued joint guidance regulation to the banks that mortgages are for primary residence only. which took investors out first.. then. 6 months later another one,,, NO MORE PAYMENT OPTION ARMS Whicg crashed values.. of course. People did not make enough money to pay the normal 30 year payments.. I think the whole thing was about enabling immigrants, to displace Americans.. I saw it happen..

Then US govt adds to national debt to bail out the banks who gave all the free money to all the immigrants.. flip this house types.

@jimbennett: Regardless a truly capitalistic system the market is driven by supply and demand. People are artificially buying things with money they don't have, and money they can't even pay back. In that sort of system you can't own any property, you are essentially renting the property from the bank. You'll never own it. And even if you do eventually own the property you'll have paid millions to the bank in interest. It is a crazy system.

They bankrupted Americans farms and industries with paper debt trickery.. just like bringing in and subsidizing competition against American workers and hopme owners. but it take s awhile to fully understand the big picture AFTER you learn how it all works..
