Yup I recommended the mp3 idea. You actually remember me. I am not part of the MGTOW community since 2020. I am talking with a woman now. Just getting to know her that's all.

@Blackpilltruth: yeah i remember at first i didn't like you, but then i got to know you and your reasons for the way you think, and i gained some respect for you. it's funny how that works out. but yeah, Amr usually listens to what i had to say on things, i have given him many ideas in how to make money, but when i knew inflation was on the way, i knew that it was the wrong move to move forward when he decided to expand the server as prices of everything was going up, i pleaded for him to slow down and rethink his strategy in moving forward because he talked about how the server was reaching that point of being full, i just want this place to be a place where men can go to exchange ideas and express what they need in order to survive a world who hates men. we can handle lesser formats if needed, one thing we don't want to happen is the platform going broke, but when things become more expensive because the infrastructure is getting too big, especailly through bad economic times, some restrictions and precautions need to take place in order to survive through it. there are probably thousands of old ass videos that are not that important that could be deleted, i have deleted a larg sum of my own, but i barely make a dent in comparison to many other accounts that just upload like a factory that just pumps more and more out. maybe the videos that are older could be converted to mp3, unless the video is special and needs to be video, but something has to be done, because the one thing we don't want happening is this website going away because of poor infrastructure, realistically not everyone is going to pay, i mean maybe the free accounts need to be audio only, i hate to say it, but he's got to get a handle on this thing if he ever wants to control the costs. not everyone is going to pay, getting people to pay more is not going to save things.

@KEEPER: No problem. Most people do not like me, at least online. If you can understand me then you are rare. I won't lie to you and i will be honest. I am harsh to men because things are getting bad.

@KEEPER: Yup but he need more revenue. he needs stream peer to peer, that's the only want to reduce cost and reduce server resources. I told him to fork odysee or he can use webtorrent, which doesn't look like it's hard to do.

@Blackpilltruth: I think he knows what's going on, but I also think he's putting on a brave face of what's to come, obviously he makes all the choices, I can give him ideas, but so long as he keeps making bad choices, there's nothing I can do about that, maybe he has to hit his Rock Bottom before he does anything like most men do. A few months ago he talked about how if he just did live streams on this website, he would actually be earning money and he wouldn't be losing money. So the fact that he admitted that, suggest he knows what's going on, and I remember in the beginning thinking Without Really knowing what was going to happen, I'm no expert in these things, but when he told me that his server is limited, and then it costed him two grand a month and when his server was getting full and he had to get a bigger server, it was then I knew that this was a bad idea, I said dude you've got to like make some huge changes in order to keep your business afloat, cuz otherwise you're a sinking ship. I mean you can send messages to him, it'll probably help if you do, I've done it a few times myself, but I think it's the kind of thing where he needs multiple people talking about it.

@KEEPER: If he doesn't listen, there is nothing anyone can do. Are you ready for the great reset? There is going to be a food shortage soon. You better prepare.

@Blackpilltruth: because the weird thing is, he's influenced by a bunch of people all telling them to do the same thing, that's originally how he brought up the monetary system, because at first he didn't want to do it, but I know he didn't have Google money and it took like three or four different guys selling them you have to make this cost something, then eventually he embraced it, and he started making money, but you're always going to need a bigger server if the content requires bigger files. Which is why there was this 10 GB limitation, at first it was one gigabyte, I think that might have been my idea at the time, and I worked with that funny enough LOL, I use my 1 GB per month to upload all the old TFM shows that I had in MP3 format onto the website. Of course back then he didn't have the option for mp3, so they were just videos at significantly reduced quality. I think it took me 3 months to get it all uploaded. And that was on the free account, sometime later down the line that's when he added the MP3 option, and he had like a conversion program running in the background that would convert all the different resolutions into mp3, but it was bogging down the website and causing issues sitewide, but if anyone has a stream that has over a thousand people, like say tfm's shows, the site bogs down anyway and I asked him is there any way or any trick in order to prevent that from happening, cuz that's one hell of a bottleneck, and he said I can get a bigger server, now again I'm not an expert here, but if that's what you have to do in order to run the side effectively, I just don't get it, there's got to be a better way, I don't understand why you need another bigger server in order to run a live stream to handle more people during that live stream, I mean how the heck is some of these other Alt Tech websites doing it? There must be some trick that he doesn't know about outside of getting a bigger server in order to get higher numbers and more traffic on the website. I don't know it, cuz I'm not a expert in this field, all I know is there's a problem and that problem is the bottleneck, I thought maybe it was related to the resolution issues, but that's not even the issue either. There's got to be tricks of the trade, and what you suggested seems like there are some tricks, but I don't know man. He's got to do something real quick, cuz this train isn't going to last for much longer, the revenue he has been getting isn't going to last forever, it's almost like he's a captain of a ship that is in the middle of sinking, and he's too proud to fix it, the infrastructure is falling apart because of bad choices, I can see this going downhill from here on out, maybe he'll hit his rock bottom, and he'll make the proper adjustments that are needed in order to survive. I mean I've seen all audio websites before, and depending on how you Market it, it could be super crazy popular. I think this website can do it, but it depends on how it's marketed.

@KEEPER: Livestreams are too expensive unless it's peer to peer. I told him he needs peer to peer but he doesn't listen.

@Blackpilltruth: I've been telling people to prepare for that for over 2 years, since covid hit, I've been telling people to prepare and live off grid, there's some people that were able to maybe afford it, and they've gone into certain directions in order to achieve that goal, there's one dude is living in Alaska right now, but not everybody is either willing or able to make these adjustments, I've even tried to warn my community of where I live, some people have prepared in my neighborhood, but the problem that most people are going to run into is that everybody's going to be starving, one of the best ways to eliminate everyone being starving, is everybody having some kind of garden at their house or in their community,, there are several churches around the landscape, I'm sure churches will allow you to use their landscape because they're all about saving people right,? So I'm sure they would allow people to Garden on their land if some people don't have land themselves, that was like one of my best ideas, because if you can get people within your community to All Join in the same thing, when the starving bad times happen, everyone will be just fine and they will have no need to go out and kill or steal from people, because everyone involve themselves in this situation to survive. But I just don't see that kind of interactivity with people.

@Blackpilltruth: actually he did the math, he said that he would make money off of the live streams only, meaning there would be no storage of anything on the website, which means he could get a very cheap server in order to withstand the infrastructure, and then he can just do live streams 24/7, and he would actually make money because it's the super chats and the accounts, basically people would pay 20 bucks a month to do their live stream per account on the website, and the people who come to the website to interact with that live stream, all they would need to do is send super chats to the person they're there for, and the website would actually make money, because the stream isn't stored here, the stream would have to be recorded and the person who recorded it would have to move it to some website like rumble or something. So that's what he meant by he would make money off of it more money I mean than what he's currently getting. 20 bucks is a small price to pay for any content creator who wants video live streams, I have seen other live streams that aren't video that are Audio Only cost up to $10 a month, but these platforms are far more popular than this one and they can afford it.
