Young females likes boybands, because that's a value that's been inserted into the Female Collective(NPC Collective). NPC Collective is almost exclusively MSM today. IE: advertise on MSM that boybands=high ressource+status=female interest.
Females want the attention of the boyband, which means when other females scream, they have to scream too.
In a similar manner when Wallhitters get plasticjugs to compete with the other females. Or when one female gets tattoos, the rest must get some too - to compete.
Females have no understanding of why they do things, it just gives them good feelings doing a certain action in the present and that's all that matters to them.

I will ask a related question that stumps me. I am an accomplished musician in my opinion. I do quite well, in fact I get compliments from other musicians. However, I am not playing a electric guitar or rapping it up on MTV. I don't have screaming women fans, and nobody would honestly know who I am or what I do. So in my opinion it isn't the skill, it isn't the work ethic... it isn't the looks, that are causing this. I think it must be the fame and money, as I do not have either of these.

The people that invent these boy bands know exactly what young females are like, they are superficial and after money and attention, same as all females. But because their young the can't control it

Keepin mind that with Music it's not the note's or the Lyrics it's the Feeling . If you play other people's Stuff you get compared to them and you will never do it as good as they do . Try Finding your own stile And you may find That feeling that you have inside is a feeling others will be drawn too .

@Bagoodman: Oh. Well, you are a guitar player, and there are millions of you. So I understand your perspective. If you play a guitar solo, everyone will be comparing you to the living legend that played it before you did. People are always surprised to learn a brass player can play a guitar solo, and even though it isn't the exact same as the one played by a famous guitar guru, it is still cool, especially to non musicians.

No i think you nailed it even older Guitar players ! And 99.9 of them if you talk to them twice say ( Will you write a song for me ) I have a stand by song Ill play it and tell them it's just for you ... Then there Happy . LoL Same song for all of them LoL .
