Military expert offers his view on Kharkov blast origin

On Tuesday morning, a powerful explosion shook the center of the Ukrainian city of Kharkov. Local authorities blame Russia for the strike, although media reports say no Russian forces were in the area from which the projectile reportedly came. Military expert Aleksandr Stepanov tells us that, considering the location of the impact, the missile likely came from the west.
