Moment man fatally shoots noisy neighbors

CCTV footage captured the horrific moment a man shot two of his neighbors after an argument about noise. 47-year-old Jason Pass can be seen pacing up and down outside his upstairs neighbors’ apartment in Brooklyn before he is confronted by 47-year-old Bladimy Mathurin and his stepson, 27-year-old Chinwai Mode. Mathurin can be seen angrily brandishing a pair of scissors. He immediately marches up to Pass and appears to threaten him with the scissors before turning to argue with his wife. <br> <br>At this moment, Pass pulls out a handgun and shoots him in the back. He also shoots Mode, before returning to Mathurin and shooting him again as he lies on the floor. <br> <br>According to police, the neighbors had been involved in a years-long dispute over noise, which came to a head on Sunday.
