Bill Gates - that scumbag - just look at the Crapware (TM me) he has produced - that is 30% right and the rest of the bugs are ironed out by the people they off load this shit onto.
Microsoft is a SHIT operating system and for the most part it's really bad software, that is periodically updated by simply changing the name and the graphics and the money extracting methods, and ruining the backward compatability.
