You go up some steps leading to a park, church, and lighthouse. You must recognize the view that can be enjoyed in the evening or at dusk. <br> <br>Parque Historica - Fantastic park has a paid section for less than $5, but I just stumbled in and saw the free section. There are many amazing things to see, a beautiful walk, places to eat, a mini zoo, and a historic district.
