The only reason anyone falls for this is because they have a simp mindset. They think, "better than being single". And being single is like hell to them, not because no pussy, but because they don't get to drop "my girlfriend" into every sentence to flex on the singles. It's a projection: they are abusive to single men when they're not single, so they imagine others will do the same to them. I have known men in literal abusive relationships who were terrified of being single, and looked at me with scorn for being single by choice.
