The 2nd email is from a viewer who met and hooked up with a girl he had known from Instagram for about 3 years. Then she started drifting away but she came back after a brief period of no contact. The 2nd time they were together nothing happened because she rejected him when he asked for permission to kiss her. He even asked her if she only thought of him as a friend and she said no.
