The advice and that picture at the end women give one another or project is all their concept of machismo. They aren't masculine as much as they are imposters of the masculine. They project not only what they criticize in men, but also their bad impersonation of what they want in men. Women don't want to be in charge in general, many men don't, but they have to project that.
Here's a fun little paradox: a woman with that boss image will actually feel threatened by any man that makes them appear soft or weak, daresay, feminine. They view it as showing weakness to their peers, which undermines their sense of accomplishment: much of the very same think they revel in doing to their men by criticizing, belittling, and disrespecting him among his peers, which is itself a form of sabotage against her own interests.
