The Negroes are going to have to get serious about cultivating their own arable land or die like rats. They've been given immense amounts of help by Do-Gooders for many many decades. You'd think the Negroes would figure out how to replicate what Whitey taught them. They simply lack the intelligence. Best to let Nature take her course and thin out the African populations if they can't adopt what they were taught.

China just built a magnificent parliament building for the Zimbabwe government. The Zimbabweans, themselves, could never have built it. Not in ten thousand years. China would have done better to show the people how to do large scale mining, smelting, and manufacture of various metal products. Zimbabwe would be fortunate to organically build up an industrial economy resembling 1920's America and at that technology level. But, we all know they simply lack the intelligence. Otherwise, Africa would be comparably industrialized by now and using their own organic and domestic prowess to do it.
