I prefer to give all of the people held up by their idiot self serving fuckery, a nice wooden broom stick... and say 10 to 20 seconds to beat them hard with it....
It's not exactly fatal, but fuck it's going to hurt after 100 or 200 people have gone to town on each idiot individual with it.
