Police detain alleged shooter in Florida TV crew attack

Florida police and witnesses reported that a man riding in a car with his cousin shot and killed another passenger, returning afterwards to the same neighborhood hours later and shooting four more people, killing a nine-year-old girl, and a journalist who was covering the original incident. <br> <br>The Orange County Sheriff characterized the shootings Wednesday as random acts of violence. 19-year-old Keith Melvin Moses has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the initial shooting and ‘numerous more charges’ would follow, the sheriff commented. <br> <br>Officers’ bodycam footage shows the suspect apparently resisting arrest, as he was yelling that the police were ‘killing’ him and demanded they let him go.
