Police search for biker after smashing car window with children inside

Philadelphia police are searching for a man after an alarming incident over the weekend when a driver was attacked while two children were in the car. The suspect, part of a group of ATV and dirt bike riders near City Hall, was caught on video smashing a woman’s windshield while two children were in the back seat. When confronted by the driver, the biker brandished a black handgun. Footage of the incident filmed from a nearby bus went viral after being shared online, and new images released by the police on Tuesday reveal the biker’s face, with his helmet resting on top of his head. <br> <br>Fortunately, the children were unharmed, and the driver, Nikki Bullock, filed a police report, expressing her hope that the assailant will be apprehended. District Attorney Larry Krasner strongly condemned the biker’s actions, and promised further action on what seems to be a growing problem. ‘Anyone who is out there on those ATVs or motorbikes, and anybody who is out there drifting, please know we understand how dangerous this is.
