Preparing A High Carb Cereal Meal

As You know, I'm very fitness-diet focused and I usually experiment with different diets. For my old followers, you probably know that I also fast until 5 every day, which is sort of an intermittent fasting type of diet I usually enroll in.

Recently, I've been testing with some variations of my diet, to see which ones will provide me the best results along with changing the stimulus for my body.

So, on the days I lift, I'm usually preparing and eating a high carb meal, which includes different types of things. In today's video I'm going to show you how to prepare a high carb cereal meal.
