Lol. So you're saying blacks are not capable of excellence without Mommy Gov's guidance. You know maybe if stop stealing from black men in taxes you'll get better results. Stop giving black women free handouts as well. That's why they 'act a fool.' You steal from them so they resort to crime from your example.
There is no economic opportunity in human society unless you're evil and willing to step on others to get ahead. A politician for example. Equity does not exist because humans are nasty selfish creatures. Very few good humans exist.
