Prosecutorial Misconduct: Attorney Brendan Sullivan Extended Interview
http://to.pbs.org/14p1OXa Famed criminal defense attorney Brendan Sullivan rarely gives interviews, but he did sit down with contributing correspondent Tim O'Brien recently to discuss the ill-fated prosecution of the late Alaska Senator Ted Stevens (R-AK). The charges were ultimately thrown out because of ethical violations of the prosecutors who withheld critical evidence from the defense and stood silently as some of their key witnesses testified falsely. Sullivan talks about what went wrong in the case and offers some suggestions for improvements at the U.S. Department of Justice.

Watch Tim O'Brien's full report on prosecutorial misconduct:
http://www.pbs.org/wnet/religi....onandethics/episodes

---

Religion & Ethics NewsWeekly
http://www.pbs.org/religion

he is also correct in that the gov./"justice system" will use illegal means to threaten and force groups/individuals/entities into compromised positions or the proverbial corner...
usually involving the worst sorts of torture and even death or living and being used or falsely kept/buried in/under the jail...

sadly so very few prosecutors and especially judges do not have any consequences for their outright unconstitutional conduct.
so they continue on, thug cops are the same, very few face justice for their betrayal of office as well as being traitors to the country.
