Psychological healing with the Quran

The Quran is healing and mercy yet many choose to ignore that fact and not seek healing with it. Mental health issues are not as addressed as they should be in Muslim communities, with some imams recommending people to secular psychological treatments which do not target the soul. Medicine and psychiatry have their place but Muslims should purify such practices with Quran and Sunnah.
