I dare you to touch me. I'm going to pop your ass,&quot; in the footage, released Friday by CATS. <br> <br>Omarii Shariff ? At least bc he worked/lived in a Southern state, the driver had the wherewithal to carry a weapon. A Northern, more leftist city (like Chicago or Milwaukee), in a leftist (blue) state, may not have allowrd the same outcome for the driver.
