I am not privvy to the internal machinations or the alledged theories and facts.... I just like him because he comes across as CONGRUENT and SINCERE.... AND I think he really gives a shit about people.

@GoogleSucks: Sometimes I just give up on the mind reading and allegations and secret agendas. You have to be smart and tough to get to the top of the heap and stay there - because people are always trying to do each other in - they are doing it now and they always have been - ever since there was more than one of them and they had something to fight about.... So just at face value, I think Putin gives a shit because he speaks plainly - no games, evasion, double speak or crafty words. When you compare how he communicates, with the fucking lying idiots and arseholes that go up against him - well their stench of manufactured scripting is overpowering.
