https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nE9cNjCjPGM

The U.S. Supreme Court's legal doctrine that shields public officials from liability in civil cases is getting renewed attention during the national debate over police accountability. Qualified immunity was created by the court in the late 1960s—and expanded in the 1980s—to free public officials such as police officers from the fear of frivolous lawsuits for doing their job. It since has morphed into something critics see as a major obstacle to holding police accountable for misconduct. This video, featuring University of Chicago law professor William Baude and Bloomberg Law Supreme Court reporter Kimberly Robinson, explores qualified immunity's roots and examines the push to end it. (Senior Producer: Andrew Satter; Executive Producer: Josh Block)

This is proof both sides are cucksuckers , right is "sucking blue dick, because sucking cop dick like a slave rises your standing as a good house nigger" the left wants to "defund the police", How about just fix the laws that is broken? Oh wait, .... that takes actual thinking about the problem instead of crapping out memes

Some of the comments to the video on you tube are amazing and right but i do agree. Look at that woman in SHITCAGO what 15 men accused of child por...n and 7 yrs in prison found out she added the evidence all those men in prison for what? They got out and tried to sue this detective/bitch. Could not because the feds swore her in as an agent for the cases before hand. Look at the best buy case in california where they argued giving up a computer signed to them giving access but the geek squad were not agents of the government and needed a warrant. I read too much case law but it is crazy even good attorneys i learned are fucking morons.
