"Go The Other Way": How To Resist Temptations

There is a technique I call "Go The Other Way" which is awesome for resisting temptations.

Often times we have to resist temptations and most of us don't know how to deal with them. Remember when you wish you had that piece of chocolate so that you could eat and get that instant gratification? Remember when you wanted to skip gym?

Well, using this technique you'll have to do the opposite thing of what you want. Tricky? Yeah... But works very well...
