On the other hand, I was a total idiot, dating and smashing single mothers (and non mothers as well). Even lived with one 40yrs ago. Like lots of guys, I learned the hard way. Monk Mode now for 20yrs, and now shout from the rooftops for any guy that will listen: DO NOT DATE, nor HAVE SEX, with SINGLE MOTHERS. Entitlement wasn't as bad as it is now. That's the difference.

@sauger1001: Our condo association recently had an "end of summer barbeque" party. So I'm sitting alone, eating some grilled chicken with veggies and minding my own business. There are plenty of tables but guess what, some snowflake had to actually ask to sit at mine. The whole conversation felt like an interview with HR and I have no idea why I was finding those talks "cute" 20 years ago or so. I could actually predict her questions so dodging them was a breeze so yeah, she left with nothing.

@sauger1001: I did not think of that but the broad is young enough to be my daughter (20 years my junior) and of the same ethnic background. Still, she's left with nothing. I actually mentioned that "inflation is high and it's hard to make the ends meet." In reality, my investments cover my expenses and I do not have to work but she doesn't have to know that ;)

I thought the exact same thing, churches that are doing things like programs to "help out single mothers" are actively promoting this type of thing instead of condemning it,which is what they used to do!

I still love the video where 5 young black men walked out of a "church" ⛪ , after being embarrassed by the preacher. Most "churches" are now filled with mostly single mothers. Stopped attending those churches since '07.
