Wildfires continue to burn outside Athens, Greece, forcing thousands to flee. The authorities issued evacuation orders for at least six seaside communities as two major wildfires edged closer to summer resort towns and gusts of wind hit 70 kph (45 mph), complicating the work of the firefighters.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Freedom over censorship, truth over narrative.
Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/RTnews
Follow us on Telegram: https://t.me/rtnews
Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/RT_com

You don't know how pleased many people in Australia would be to have a fire like this coming through.....

It's not insignificant - but it's nothing like the horrors of a huge eucalyptus based bush fire...

The fires in Greece are a "clean up right around your house and busilding's and install a sprinkler system and a good fire hose or two..."

These are not 1500*C inferno blow torches, that just scorch everything to the ground in front of them.....

This link won't post as an image but go look at it....

There are 2 fire trucks, 2 Km away from the fire, but the flames are like 2Km high...

Just do basic triangulation.. It's frightening

And depending upon where you are in Australia - especially the REALLY dry forest areas (Eucalyptus Trees - full of oil) with tons of leaf litter - dry dead leaves / branches etc., - like 20cm thick on the forest floor, and that sucks up and burns and then the tops of the trees explode into flash fires when the evaporating oil explodes, it's called crowning when the fire moves from the forest floor and then starts travelling through the tree tops - you get BIG fires like this... Hot high speed winds, very low humidity, and REALLY frightening monster fires.

Like this.
