Rescue op after migrant boat sinks

Migrants are legitimate citizens who are changing domiciles within the borders of their country. IMMIGRANTS are people who come from without, legally or illegally. These black animals are IMMIGRANTS and, if caught, they must be returned to where they came from. Put permanent tattoos on them so they can be identified if they try again. If they try again and are caught, THAT'S when you make SLAVES out of them and put them to work in Africa somewhere.
