We won't get sexbots until artificial muscle tissue is invented. Right now, all we have are hard metal skeletons and joints wtih limited movement. It is not possible for solenoids to replace the hundreds of muscle groups in the body. Even if you only need the muscles for movement, ambulation, facial expression, and sexual function, solenoids and the limitations of a metal skeleton just isn't going to work. Artificial muscle tissue can be shaped and scaled to the correct dimensions. That means a more realistic skeleton can be builty and the sexbot built on that. The fat needed for feminine softeness and jiggling can now be put in for realistic effect. As soon as I hear that artificial muscle tissue strands have been developed, I'm backing up the truck and buying STOCK in that company!
