The level of shade this pastor has received doesn't surprise me at all, not in the slightest. In fact, this couldn't have played out any other way. At least 99% of all religious organizations (all religions -- all sects) are so thoroughly diseased with the form of cancer called feminism, any sermons, worship sessions, gatherings, etc. at all these places may as well be pink pussy hat faminasty protests featuring Big Red. I'm not exaggerating; it's literally that bad now. Literally. I expect this pastor is done in his church -- he's gonna get "cancelled" bat shit crazy SJW style. Sadly, I see it as inevitable.

We all know (or should know) the now-entrenched tradcuck/tradthot dynamic in these places. Most pastors won't speak truth simply because they're using their positions to cuck married men in their own congretations and smash their wives. Walking away from religions is correct. Even if you believe and study and meditate and pray (I do!!!), we have to each go our own way with this as well, as I have now done. Like staying away from women, while on some level it's unhealthy -- it's necessary! Same with spiritual practice; it's not ideal or in a sane world anything any one of us would want to do. Unfortunately, this is Clown World, and so it's necessary for even those of us who believe in any religion or spiritual path to walk away from all religious gatherings/organization. It sucks. Still, it is what it is, and it truly is necessary at this point.
