Since I started running a 10 mile run 5x times a week people started to ask me "John, how are you able to run 50 miles a week?".

While I might get that this is a great milestone, things are not so complicated.

I did not go through a series of complicated steps in order to get it done. I did not have to train for 24 month to get it done.

So... how did it do it?

I just did.
