Yeah, I know this sound a bit odd too. And I couldn't help but record a video to say that.

So, recently I was reading CosmoSapiens which is a book about evolution that shows a lot of different things about how humans have evolved over these last centuries.

And one of the things it shows is that running, fitness, learning and all this stuff that we do are actually bad habits in terms of evolution. We are literally swimming against all odds and defying evolution and nature.
