yeah man I don get it, maybe Putin was expecting to be welcomed as liberators, so he wanted to leave infrastructure intact, but fuck man, just bomb all their radio, tv so they cannot do propaganda, Belgrade TV was bombed in the 90's, by NATO, so Putin should fight just at dirty, war is a shitty bizz, better, better get it over with as quickly as possible,, I am starting to believe these Russians are fucking incompetent when it comes to war, but at least they are getting learning experience (I hope)

@Lucifer333: The science of war has not changed. Russia has had 20 years to watch the U.S. in action and learn from our successes and mistakes on the battlefield. Putin is fighting a ground war like its WW1. Unfortunately, Russia has never been known for skill and expertise in war and the organization culture of their Armed Forces has always been bad. Putin has all that new high tech hardware but, the manpower and training is still in the 1930's.
