Russian FSB detains man suspected of complicity in attempt to kill ex-Ukrainian MP

Officers of the Russian Federal Security have detained a man believed to be complicit in the assassination attempt on Oleg Tsarev, a former Deputy of Ukraine’s parliament, the Verkhovna Rada.
