Russian MoD releases footage of Azovstal fighters surrendering

Russia’s Ministry of Defense has released footage of Ukrainian troops surrendering, after having been holed up in the Azovstal steelworks in Mariupol. <br> <br>A ceasefire was agreed around the plant which came into effect on Monday, allowing injured servicemen to be evacuated to a hospital in Donbass.
