SCANDAL- What Happened To Your 4x4s That Got ULEZ Scrapped-

This is interesting. In the UK before you transfer a vehicle to another party or SCRAP it you have to by law sign the bottom part of the keepers paerwork or what was once called the LOG BOOK. then you send it to DVLA and you are notified the vehicle has been scrapped. you don't have to give a reason for scrapage either. so if this ULEZS crappage thing get's hold you cab be sure your oce expensive vehicvle will end up in Asia or Africa or even China and someone will be creaming in the money. If and onlky IF I'm forced to crap my vehicles in the future for any reason I'm going to disable them (permenently), as a registered keeper you can pretty much care or not care for a vehicle and scrapping is YOUR choice. so here's what to do. Go to your local Pound Shop. buy a pack of wire wool or scotch Vrights and cut it up into veru small filings, open the oil filler before the tow truck arrives and pour sead filings into the sump. This will render the engine useless in little time, Also put sugar or salt in the fuel tank. Carefully with a box cutter slice the tire's around the curved lines on them. you can do all this while the vehicle still has an MOT becaause YOU are not using the vehicle on the road. Make the whole thing worthless for resale because that is what is going to be done with them. If they are going to be dumped in a field with thousands of other scrap vehicle then it doesn't matter. But I seriously think it is a form of ROBBERY. What about this/ Why cant they offer you secondhand market price rather than some piss poor laughable pittence? I notice they mention $x$'s this proves in my mind anyway they intent do ship your once pride and joy to another country after offering you nothing. Luckily for me I have tywo Euro 5 Motorcycles so ULEZ means nothing to me (At the moment)?
