Seasonal Solar Geo Liquid Heated 4 Season Greenhouse, +15C in -40'. After researching Geo air greenhouses, made famous by LDSPrepper and his amazing greenhouse I wanted to make something that had a little more heat. Geo air seems limited to 3-5'C in winter, geo liquid can run to +15'C using radiant heat delivery and liquid storage if soil conditions are right.

Keeper check out this site: https://www.simpleterra.com/dome-homes/

From what I briefly read they create custom done homes for around 15k. So far from what I’ve seen if their videos I like the exterior design and the exterior reminds me of a ladybug’s shell.

i don't much like the plastic ones that are in that first link. but i'm sure with the right kind of insulation they could be nice. but i don't really see these being very strong just based on how they are built which might be why the prices are much lower than the ones i have showed on this channel. but i will keep looking through the site.

@KEEPER: true but for the price I think it’s a good start for my apartments idea. Something simple, interesting and within my price range to start my venture in real estate.

@eldrazi317: i once chat with a dude in china who lived in one of these, and he told me that they are not very well insulated and that he struggled in the winter for the most part, and you couldn't install a fire place in the unit because of the plastic modular design. but if you don't need to worry about the weather like in a place like Arizona, or commifornia, Nevada then maybe it would work ok. but i'm sure they could be reinforced in some way to make them more compatible for the climate your in, as you know from the earthship videos they use tires to add in radiant heat that's collected through the day from the sun and at night they stay hot and keep the space warm for longer. but that idea might not work unless these are buried under dirt partially like an earthship design works, which will keep costs down when it comes to heating and cooling the place.

@KEEPER: thank you for the input, and I’m planning on researching it more. I’m currently just glancing around but still have around 4 to 5 months before I’m considering doing anything due to tax reasons.
