Seeking External Things For Internal Satisfaction

I've talked before about seeking external validations and how it will never be enough for you, no matter what you do and how hard you try to accomplish the things you want in life. I gave myself the example of how many comments I get from people and how, even though I was supposed to feel on the top of the world, it doest not act to fulfill anything beyond that.

In this video I plan to go beyond that. My point here is to talk about what you're doing: seeking external things to validate yourself internally.

Often times we caught ourselves thinking that we will get the internal validation, approval, and satisfaction we really want by seeking external things to fulfill us internally.

And we end up on a constant and endless looping. A looping in which we will never feel the genuine happiness and will always be searching for the next thing.
