What is No Sex Divorce? Very simply, the spouse (usually the husband) not getting regular sex or genuine affection (once a day or every other day depending) is entitled to initiate divorce proceedings and ON HIS TERMS.
The NSD does NOT require consent from the party (usually the wife) refusing to put out. Why? The very act of Not Putting Out is a defacto act of divorce. Therefore, only the man needs to apply for a NSD as her consent to divorce has already been declared.
I'd say that a NSD means that she gets her shit back and hits the road with no further obligation from the husband. If her car is in her name BUT HE PAID FOR IT, the car goes back to him.
Children are automatically granted to the father unless he wants to negotiate the cost of divorce with visitation rights. Or he wants to keep his son and let the wife have the daughter. In any case, NSD puts the man in the driver's seat so, it's between him and his attorney.
