At 11:24 going forward, the Turkish man is being driven to misery because of public expectations that he should be able to pay for a hospital to help his wife give birth to his son.

How the fuck did women give birth BEFORE hospitals?

Call for a midwife, buy the medications she recommends, and hire a cleaning lady to deep clean the bedroom where his wife can give birth. If the couple is religious, then ask the Imam to send a woman from the mosque to come over and read positive passages from the Quran to the wife while the birth is taking place.

The other possibility is that the man choose a female with thin hips, if that’s the case then chances are she can die from giving birth. However in the past this wouldn’t be an issue since most females would have wide birthing hips, and those that didn’t either didn’t breed or died— this the gene wasn’t allowed to become dominant. However with the rise in the use of c-section there has also been a rise in the recessive gene that gives females thinner hips to become more dominant.

@eldrazi317: Good points about the thin hips. That detail wasn't mentioned and who knows what her situation was. I'm guessing that the wife is a good stout woman of the Levant and has sufficient natural ability to give birth. But, women over there EXPECT to give birth like Western women do! It wasn't that long ago that Turkish women were giving birth old-school style in a village hut with dirt streets. Hell, Negro females in the U.S. will squat over a toilet in the Burger King restroom, drop the baby, and leave it in the sink. Dirty Dick Rodney will be wondering what's taking that ho taking so long with getting his sandwich, fries and purple drank muh fuggah!
