Hi Amr, from time to time you need to refill the refrigerant because the "Freon" diffuses through the rubber hoses. Does the condenser in your air conditioner have a separate fan? As you describe the problem " Only in cool weather or when moving the car " it seems to me that you do not bring the heat out of the system (condenser / fan - problem) In any case, you need help from a professional.

I understand electroncs, relays, circuit boards, compressors and refrigeration / heating systems - domestic and automobiles.
Sometimes - there can be things going on, with peculiar combinations etc... There are ciruits, software, the refrigeration system it's self....
I honestly cannot give you any kind of an opinion on what to do.
Take it to an expert.
Prior to that though, you can read the WORKSHOP MANUAL (not the owners manual) and see that kind of system pressure the refrigerant should be at - the maximum and minimum pressures - sort of like high and low engine oil levels...
AND there are other issues - but studying the WORK SHOP MANUAL - will give you a greater idea of what is going on and what you might be able to do about it.
And it will tell you what to check and how to check it.
Some things are home mechanic stuff and other things require special tools and some knowledge and experience.
There is a simple rule, "Check all the basic, easy to check, access, service issues, FIRST, and then go after the far more complex issues later".
It's like people who ring up and say, "Oh my computer isn't working" - and the old, "Have you tried plugging it in first?"
It might be some horror trip, but it might be an old $10 relay that is sticking...
Also learn to read the circuit diagrams - of what components work together to monitor and make the system run.....
This can be a huge help.

The AC is fine, simply replace everything around it.
My Merc also has the shittiest AC. Years ago to replace the compressor, the mechanic had to drop the entire engine.
