Should cyclists obey the speed limit and wear number plates-
With all these 20pmh speed limits being discussed if a cyclist tried to overtake Me in one of them I will most definately be cutting them off at every opportunity if they try to speed past me, becdause loweruing the speed limit for ICE's will mean the cyclist CAN and WILL break the speeed limit. I'm already enjoying this beat on a cyclist thing because every cyclist on the road gets a blast of my Twin horns to let them knowe I'm their! lol! after all it's for their SNOWFLAKLE safety, even if they are incapable or intelligent enough to keep themselves safe!

They're thinking of doing the same for crack cycle's, electric bikes and scooter's, in my area. They terrorize pedestrians and motorist's the same

What a miserable old prick....... Sneaking up behind them, and blasting them with a horn, well I hope you can fight... When your grid locked in traffic - bike locks can bust up you car and your head pretty bad, pretty quick. Being a needless bastard has that effect you know.
