The "promises" in marriage only apply when BOTH PARTIES adhere to them. If the bitch no longer wants to be his wife, then the man should regard the contract as broken. In Sharia Law (correct me on this if you're a legit Muslim) if the husband who honored his obligations while she violated hers, the he can divorce her ON HIS TERMS.

Love is definitely conditional. The sooner in life men or boy's learn that the better. Unfortunately most men don't learn that lesson until they've been married.
