Siberian flight turned back after cargo ramp fell open mid-flight

An investigation has been launched into an incident on an An-26 flight between Magan airport and Magadan after a cargo ramp accidentally fell open mid-flight, causing the ejection of several pieces of luggage and the slight freezing of the passengers.
