Same exact shit happened to my brother with his ex-wife, every time he try to go and see his kids, she would never let him see his kids, even if it was court-ordered that he was allowed to see his kids, she always come up with some kind of excuse or outright lie to him so that he would never see his kids, meanwhile she would give a different story to her child that their father never came to the house to pick them up because he doesn't love them meanwhile she is demanding that the court demand him to give her child support.

in most cases judges are completely useless, this is one case out of 99% out of other cases that ended okay, but maybe it's because he took her to court and explained what happened and how he hasn't been able to see his kids.

Most guys don't want to go back to court at this time because for one they're already spending most of their money on child support anyway, they're struggling to live on their own, they have their own problems in their own life be that work or their car broke down and they need to spend money on that and they have no money for lawyers or any of that shit, the legal system is so fucked and so against men in most cases, it really convinces the next generation to not have kids or even get married, I vehemently believe the not getting married is going to be the best course of action for most males, I know some guys will just ignore you when you try to warn them about all this stuff, they believe they're in love they believe that she would never do anything like that to him, well that's just a naive little brain and big brain talking, you'll never see the real results until after you've done the deed.

My brother has essentially given up, and I really don't blame him, he likely won't see his kids until they are all adults themselves, their mom brooded so much hate and resentment towards their dad to the point where they probably are brainwashed and only know her story and don't know his side, my brother did feel a bit suicidal at one point, but he ended up getting a job somewhere so that he can pay his the rest of his child support so that he can break free, it's going to take him a couple more years I believe as one or two of the kids have already turned 18 or I mean have reached adulthood, but I'm certain their mom use them and continues to use them as a form of income, I will probably never see my nieces and nephews that came from my brother, because of how messed up the situation has been.
