State of Alaska Governor & State Attorney General stepped up & gave my 2nd daughters mom a choice, you either get child support / medical, ect from him when you have custody or you pay such when he has custody, & he decides the visitation times, he is giving you that choice. I did a thing years prior in Washington State Appeals Court to make that shit happen. I was 18yo (1980) when that was started, took damn near 4 years to decide in 3rd Appeals court, my Dad died before the decision so he did not see the results. DNA test she paid for. :)

My 3rd child (daughter again) mom read the court (s) case & knew the score, nadda prob. DNA test I signed for (paid in full) as Executor.
