Recently something really unexpected happened to me.

I'm actually in Hawaii where I came to travel for a few days. While I'm here I'm actually training and lifting weights, etc.

However, something really unexpected happened to me.

I thought I hit a plateau before I came here. I thought I could not get stronger than I actually was before coming here. However, something happened.

I got stronger. I'm feeling really strong right now.

I do actually believe it is due to the fact that I... Stopped training legs.

I'm actually skipping legs here pretty much and this has literally transformed the way my body interprets and recovers itself. And this might be the reason why I was no longer seeing any gains.
