Soyuz rocket blasts off from Plesetsk Cosmodrome

The Russian Defense Ministry reported the successful launch of a military satellite on the medium-class Soyuz-2.1b rocket on Monday. The rocket was launched from the Plesetsk cosmodrome, and the Soyuz-2.1b rocket's trajectory was continuously tracked using the ground-based automated control complex at the Titov Main Test and Space Systems Control Centre, according to a statement. The launch process and spacecraft insertion into the intended orbit occurred without any issues. <br> <br>Following the vehicle's orbital insertion, the Main Intelligence Centre of the Space Forces began analyzing and processing information related to the newly launched object.
